Is a professional who provides consultancy services in certain areas of expertise, for example accounting, tax, environment, biology, law, cooperatives and others. The difference between a consultant and an ordinary expert is that the consultant is not an employee of the company the service user (client) is, but someone who runs his own business or works in a advisory company, and deals with multiple service users at one time.
