Is a comprehensive assessment of a process, method, system, working method, and strategy based on best practices, standards or references that are used as reference guidelines. Standard guidelines or references used can be internal guidelines, best practice, regulatory, international standards (such as ISO) or expected future orientation conditions. The assessment stage is the initial stage of an organizational assessment in order to obtain a complete picture of the current condition (as-is) in order to obtain a large gap.
