What Is OHSMS
OHSMS is Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan, Keselamatan kerja in english is OHS Management System. OHS stand for Occupational, Health and Safety Management System which aims to improve and develop and implement policies to prevent accidents and fulfill statutory requirements and other requirements. OHS Management System is required for companies in Indonesia based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 26 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of OHS Management System Implementation Assessment.
Companies that have implemented OHS Management System will receive an OHS Management System award from an agency appointed by the Ministry of Manpower. The validity period of the certificate is 3 years and a re-audit will be conducted to reassess the consistency of its implementation.
